Mr. Chacha holds a Diploma in Airport operations and flight dispatch. He has worked extensively in the airline and travel sector and brings to Mangrove Tree Tours and Travel more than 12 years experience in his area of expertise.

He is also trained in customer care and service delivery areas. His previous experience includes working for Armed Forces Company (AFCO), Eagle Aviation Limited, East African Safari Air Express and Aero Kenya Ltd as a Senior Operations officer.

Mr Mwanga is a career aviator having been trained in Airline and travel agency management in Atlanta, Georgia – USA. Mr Mwanga has extensive Airline and travel management experience. He has been involved in formation and setting up of several domestic and regional Airlines specialising in domestic scheduled services and Charter Flying.

He is well versed with the Commercial, Operational and Service Delivery aspects of managing an efficient and reliable travel, tours and domestic airlines.
